What we measured, and what moved

Transistant publishes case studies as measurements rather than testimonials. Every engagement starts with a fixed set of checks and a dated baseline, recorded before any work begins. Once the fixes ship, the same checks run again and the difference is published check by check, whether it flatters us or not.

So a case here may report a fix that worked, a fix that has not taken effect yet, or a theory that turned out to be wrong. We guarantee the engineering, never the market outcome: we will tell you which checks we will turn green and by when, but nobody can promise what a search engine or an AI assistant will say next quarter.

A report you cannot use to prove us wrong is not a report. It is an advertisement.
